Hurmaava Villa Mats sijaitsee Kemiönsaaressa, n. 3km päässä Taalintehtaalta meren rannalla. Kohde koostuu kolmesta rakennuksesta: päämökki 69m2, väliaitta 9m2 ja rantasauna 20m2. Päämökissä voi majoittua 4henkilöä: toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 160cm parisänky ja toisessa 2kpl 80cm sänkyjä. Väliaitassa on 2kpl 80cm sänkyjä.
