Our beautiful home is set in 2 acres of garden in the picturesque Dordogne, in the Perigord Vert region of France. There is a full-size Pool table, air hockey table and table tennis table indoors and a separate table tennis table outside. The home has everything you need, from a bread maker to a food processor. There are terraces back and front of the house, with an outdoor table to seat 10

A pretty & well equipped perigordian house full of character it is perfect for couples who want privacy and tranquility. Not suitable for Children. Idéalement située au centre du Périgord et de tous les sites qui en font la richesse, notre maison, Chez Colette et Mimi, est une dépendance de l’un des plus beaux domaines du Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. Comme à l’aube du 18ème siècle, ici tout respire la paix, l'harmonie et la beauté. C’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région de Dordogne. Chez Colette et Mimi est l’ancienne grange, bâtie en 1702, que nous avons convertie en maison luxueuse.

Welcome to the beauty of our small hamlet called Savanat, in the commune of Abjat sur Bandiat, situated in the Perigord Vert region of the Dordogne. The nearest main town is Nontron with all the large Supermarkets and amenities. The nearest Airport is Limoges, which around an hours drive away and is a RyanAir route. Please be advised that our swimming pool will remain closed during the winter period and will only be open for guest use from the 15th of April 2026 until 20th of October 2026.

Our house is a retreat where times stops. It is located in a valley, overlooking a river and surrounded by woods. We have restored it to house eight comfortably. With lots of terraces, a swimming pool, an orchard. This is a place for living outdoors and for people who appreciate the charm of old houses. IMPORTANT: The house is not suitable for toddlers or for young children left unsupervised. Mobile phones don't always work, but there is wifi.
