We are a bird friendly coffee estate in the highland of northern Nicaragua. Whether you are searching for wildlife, ecotourism, touring the Ruta del Cafe, or simply relaxing in a very private romantic gateway, we know you'll enjoy your stay. The house is located in the center of a family owned coffee farm since 1920. Very private and safe, pleasant weather year around. Beautiful views, great for hiking and bird watching, amazing night sky filled with stars. A lovely place you will never forget.

Camping on working coffee farm

Camping in the cool mountains of northern Nicaragua on a working coffee farm. Temperatures range from 14⁰ to 33⁰ Celsius (57-91⁰ F). 8 km north of Matagalpa, 1,100 m (3,600 ft.) elevation with an amazing view of the city. Gazebo at campsite to keep you dry. 2-person tent available for rent with prior notice. 1 mile hike to Selva Negra resort. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Located in the Unesco tropical Biosphere Reserve "Macizo de Peñas Bancas" in Bosawas, Nicaragua, in the coffee region, a charming private nature cabin, with great views and jungle pathways through the whole property which criss-crosses our 17 acres organic farm, leading down to our private waterfall "Nahuali". We have one yoga rancho and one meditation deck in the waterfall. Ideal for a family or friends. A place to relax and commune with nature.
