Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, comfortable and spacious living spaces and parking for 2 cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Spectacular view over rolling countryside from the upstairs sitting room at Gable View Cottage is one of the best in Bourton on the Water - surrounded by fields yet only a short easy walk into the village. This unique and spacious upside down one bedroom bolthole has lots of walks on the doorstep, a wide variety of great places to eat, sightseeing and friendly pubs. Well behaved dog welcome. Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

A delightful, cosy one bedroom cottage actually in the very heart of the town. Beautiful walks across fields and woodland straight from the door. Lake’s End Lodge.

Lovely 3 bedroomed lodge with a large private decking area. The Lodge sleeps six persons and is located near Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds. A superb setting with excellent facilities- tennis, table tennis, fly & coarse fishing & children’s play area are all onsite. Canoeing & SUP (stand up paddle) are available a short walk away. Restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. Dogs are very welcome.
