Everything about the Mirror House was perfect. The cabin was spotless. Lucy left us fresh bread, butter and milk. The instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow. We can’t wait to to back

Gorgeous location, very peaceful. Great accommodation with lots of amenities and even an Easter basket filled with goodies.

Such a gorgeous lodge, everything was spotless and we felt right at home. The hot tub was to die for and really private. Great location with lots of villages nearby.

We had a really lovely 3 night break away. Having the hot tub and leisure passes were a great bonus and meant we could relax without going far. Tracey was really responsive and we will definitely be back.

Ideallic getaway retreat. Easy to find and set in a beautiful location. Bumped into our host Lucy on our way down the track, Lucy welcomed us and informed us everything was ready for our stay. We parked up opposite a gorgeous lake, used the handy trollies for our luggage and made the short journey to the lodging. The accomodation was lovely, exactly like the images. Nestled away at the end of the track you felt completely emersed in nature. The sound of the local wildlife and the close encounter with a Muntjac further added to the experience. The Cubley, was clean, tasteful and accommodated to all our needs. We made full use of the facilities and fully enjoyed our stay. 10/10

We decided last minute to have a relaxing couple of days away after the Christmas rush, this place didnt disappoint! We have 2 boys aged 9 and 7 so this had the right mix for us. The farm is brilliant (friendliest goats ever), a fab play area, and a great restaurant (breakfast is a must). There are some great pubs near by, we loved The Plough Inn at Ford. Then theres the lodge, perfectly positioned to make you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, the perfect size, of course a hot tub, and all the amenities you need. The lady on site who looks after everything is so accommodating, the best host we've ever experienced. We highly recommend this place, we would absolutely return!!

Cannot recommend this cabin stay enough! Its location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. The cabin was an excellent size for two adults and our dog (Hungarian vizsla) and had everything we needed! The enclosed spaces were a brilliant size for running around with our dog and we felt very comfortable with our dog off lead in them! Also the natural beauty in the enclosed spaces and surrounding the property is beautiful to be inamoungst Inside the cabin felt so much bigger than it looked, there were plenty of utensils for cooking breakfast and preparing our lunches, and overall everything had a lovely cosy cabin feeling, in particular the duvet was lovely and cosy in the night! Duncan and Jacqui were super friendly, they welcomed us at arrival and came to say goodbye at the end, but also left us to enjoy the cabin in the meantime, we really felt welcome at their place! The thoughtful touches from Duncan and Jacqui were the icing on the cake for a fantastic getaway!

Ali's Den more than lives up to the promise of the listing and the glowing reviews. Her personal touches add that warm, welcoming, special feeling that goes beyond the facilities, comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast hamper is loaded with lovely choices (she took the trouble to inquire about preferences) and she delivered a pack of extra treats for our dog. As a grumpy old man who hates digging about new places to find the spoons, I particularly relished the user-friendly labels at crucial junctures. We didn't have a lot of time to let dog explore the secure garden, as Ali encouraged, so we'll definitely need to return for a more leisurely sojourn to properly enjoy that and the nearby walks in due course.

We had a lovely night in the cabin, it was just what we needed. Quiet location, well equipped kitchen and the kids were super -excited by the TV in the bedroom and the swing outside!

Allison is a fantastic host, knowing her area well with very good recommendations! Victoria pub was a big hit and local walks through fields are a big plus! Everything and more was accommodated for in the stay, with various snacks and home made goodies on arrival, very welcoming and will be returning!

Wonderful stay at Raphael & Sophie’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and safe—and a very walkable distance from Oxford City Centre. The bed was very comfortable, and although not overly spacious, the cosy cabin was perfect for our weekend stay. Would highly recommend!

Really lovely 2 night stay for a wedding at a venue 10 minutes away. Location is secure, please is clean, spacious with fun little quirks. Everything we needed for the nights we were there. Thank you Liz & Joe!

Lovely weekend break on the edge of Oxford, beautiful peaceful surroundings. The place felt very homely and was clean. Checking in was straight forward and replies were quick

Perfect quiet spot within easy reach of Silverstone race circuit. The cabin is cosy and extremely well fitted out, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is private and peaceful. Flexible checkin was appreciated as I was arriving late at night, very clear introductions and easy to access. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay could have not been better. Val communicated to us from the very beginning. Once we got in there everything we needed was just there. Every detail was taken care off, from little chocolates for our arrival, to the position of the chairs at the terrace overlooking the field and sheep’s. We had the chance to meet the hosts and enjoy some conversations with them. The goats and chickens really do add up to the experience. It delta like a little bubble we would love to come back to.

We absolutely loved Chloe’s place - it’s exactly as described, in a very good location about 5 mins drive from Marlow. Marlow is a lovely village - loads of pubs and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and if we’re down this way again we would rebook. Simply excellent.
