The best of both worlds. Enjoy our beautifully decorated 1930s farmhouse in a rural setting. Only 20 short minutes from Tech, you can root on the Red Raiders, and then relax on one of the large porches and watch the sunset! There will be farm fresh eggs in the fridge waiting for you for breakfast or feel free to walk out to the coop and gather your own! Our farm also has Longhorns, cows, a donkey, and goats. Our spoiled babies all love visitors! We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

Lubbock Lakeside Villa

This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

CLYDE - DOWNTOWN HISTORIC 1BD CONDO NEAR BREWERIES

Take a morning jog on the historical red brick streets and stop to visit the Buddy Holly Center while the city sleeps. Then head back to the 3rd floor and unwind for your early morning coffee at the fully renovated 1931 TX landmark condo while you enjoy the exceptional downtown views. In the evening time head out to enjoy the best local restaurants, night life, breweries or catch a TTU game (only 1.5 miles away.) From business trips, to just a weekend away, Clyde is the perfect place to stay!

The Mission Belle

This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

You’ll be just a couple of blocks away from J&B Coffee and Good Line Brewery, two local favorites for a quick caffeine fix or a relaxing drink. Whether you're in town for a game, a visit to campus, or simply to enjoy the area's rich history, our location makes it easy to experience everything Lubbock has to offer!

Boston Blue

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. Enjoy this private and stylish 1 bedroom home which boast a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The entire home was remodeled in late 2021. Have your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in your private courtyard. Your parking is also taken care of with two spaces right at your front door.

The Little House

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

College View Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

This home is located directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail. It is, literally, within 2 min of Texas Tech University. It has one large new sofa, new appliances, 65’ tv in two of the rooms and the living room, a 32’ tv in the dining room area. Plenty of closet and dresser space and new floors and carpet and washer and dryer. Extremely close to the United Spirit Arena, and Jones Stadium and 1 min from UMC. Decent sized backyard, with driveway parking.
