Tannehill Blue Cottage in the Woods

ADULTS ONLY RENTAL-19 AND UP ONLY halfway between Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. Our peaceful cottage is close to everything. UAB West Hospital is 10 min away & only 25 min to Mercedes. Let this be your Alabama game day headquarters! With three convenient routes to Bryant Denny & only 35 min away, you'll make it to the game on time. Groover's Glen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, updated home just 7 minutes from the University. Centrally located yet in a super quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of students and university activities. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, including a fridge with ice maker, cookware, dishes, coffee makers (both kinds), blender, mixer, toaster microwave, etc. We have ATT fiber internet (very fast) and smart TVs with dish network plus a sports extra package.

Beautiful estate house that has it all! Conveniently located 2 miles from I20/59 (Exit 89). It has 6 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths, formal dining, family room, two huge rec rooms. One that is downstairs with roll up doors that opens to the pool featuring a huge bar area, commercial refrigerator, projector for those football/movies. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bath, the other rec room with pool table and projector. This 200+ acre escape is nestled just 15+/- miles from both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.

If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you. Our newly remodeled large private home has a large, wooded lot in a safe small community. Convenient to work in either Birmingham or Tuscaloosa. Three full bedrooms, 2 full baths, Wi-Fi for working remote. Two large screen tv's, foosball and ping pong table and grill provided. Near Mercedes and UAB West. Outdoors can be enjoyed at the Cahaba Wildlife Management Area, Tannehill State Park and Bent Brook Golf Course.
