Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

This detached cosy ‘home from home’ is situated in 12 acres of private garden & waterways shared only with your hosts living in the Mill. Wonderful to stay here through all the changing seasons. Fabulous for a birthday escape! 20 minutes easy drive to Stratford, the Cotswolds, Worcester, M5 & M40. Sleep well in the comfy super king size bed. Wake up to bird song! Stroll in our meandering grounds or take a lovely local walk. Explore a plethora of places to visit & dine a short easy drive away.

The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

The Lodge is a spacious characterful countryside retreat. It's a unique peaceful property located in the beautiful tranquil private grounds of the historic Old Windmill. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for friends meeting or families on holiday. It's wonderful in the summer with the wild garden and natural pond and also snug in the winter. Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

Enjoy the history surrounding this beautiful rural getaway, ideal for a short romantic break or an escape from busy life. Nestled deep in the heart of England within the attractive hamlet of Hanbury, surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are miles of public footpaths to explore, including the Hanbury 10k circular. Points of interest within walking distance: Hanbury Hall, Hanbury Church, The Jinney Ring Craft Centre, Piper's Hill and The Vernon - the birthplace of Radio 4 The Archers.

The Duck House, Lakeside ,Woodland Log Cabin.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI.

The Barn@Moat Farm is a delightful converted two bedroom barn, a short car ride from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon and The Cotswolds. The barn sits in the grounds surrounding Moat Farm, a historic Grade 2* listed, 16th Century moated farmhouse. The Barn@MoatFarm boasts luxurious White Company feather bedding and quality beds, a cosy sitting room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Situated just outside the beautiful market town of Alcester, 20 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, this accommodation is well equipped, and ideal for country walks and enjoying the Warwickshire countryside.
