Converted Barn. 2 bedrooms The Annexe at Middle Farm is a self contained converted barn adjoining our beautiful 17c cotswold stone farmhouse in a quiet picturesque village near the North Cotswolds. An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Barn - Cotswolds, Stratford, Ragley, NEC, Warwick.

The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

A luxury 2 bed barn on our farm in Warwickshire

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Byfield House

Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

Old Windmill Lodge, tranquil countryside retreat

The Lodge is a spacious characterful countryside retreat. It's a unique peaceful property located in the beautiful tranquil private grounds of the historic Old Windmill. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for friends meeting or families on holiday. It's wonderful in the summer with the wild garden and natural pond and also snug in the winter. Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).
