Das 40 qm große Apartment ist modern ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße mit guter Infrastruktur, kostenfreien Parkplätzen und fußläufig entfernter Bushaltestelle. Genießt die Tee- und Kaffee Flatrate. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und eine Tankstelle sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Wurmtal für den Zugang zur Natur ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.

Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Dazu eine moderne Küche, ein schickes Bad mit Fenstern und eine möblierte Terrasse. Private Gegenstände sind auf ein Minimum reduziert. 5 Min. Fußweg bis Eurogress oder Tivoli, 15 Min. zum Rathaus/Dom.

Ein kleineres süße Schlafzimmer ist mit gemütlichen schicken Einzelbetten und im Wohnzimmer ist eine bequeme ausziehbare Couch für 2! Mit dem Auto seid Ihr in 10min & mit dem Bus in 20min in der City! :)

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail stilvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Stadtnähe in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, in welchem sie kostenfrei parken können.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

We offer you a fully furnished apartment in the city centre of Aachen. It is on the third floor of a multi-story dwelling (elevator NOT available), has a living space of about 55 square meters with a bedroom that sleeps three. A convertible sofa can optionally sleep two more persons. The fully equipped kitchen has dish washer, coffee machines, micro wave, water boiler and toaster. A flatscreen Satellite-TV and Internet access via LAN and WiFi complete our offering.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
