Bel appartement de 3 pièces + cuisine équipée + salle de bain lumineuse (baignoire et fenêtre) + WC séparés. Paris centre. Tous conforts (Wi fi, sèche cheveux, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, serviettes, draps). L’atout de l’appartement, ce sont les 2 chambres très spacieuses de 14m2, ce qui est très rare à Paris. L'appartement est ma résidence principale, il est donc fonctionnel, personnalisé et ne ressemble pas à un catalogue Ikea. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous

Paris center beautiful 1 bedroom

In the heart of Montorgueil, in the 2nd district, on the first floor with no lift of a historic and classified building. Open plan kitchen with all the amenities, bright, 5 big windows for 48 square meters, bathroom with monsoon shower, dressing, bedroom with shutters and blinds. And 2 electric fans. There's Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, DVD/CD player. It's a very sought after area, pedestrian streets, markets, cinemas, theatre, close to everything Paris has to offer.

quiet and sweet in heart of Paris

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

Bienvenue dans notre duplex sous les toits, climatisé, avec une vue imprenable sur Notre Dame et la Seine ! Il faut monter 3 étages à pied mais le balcon sur lequel vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner en admirant la cathédrale sera votre récompense ! Entièrement équipé et meublé d'antiquités, notre appartement logera 4 invités avec un lit queen size et un canapé convertible très comfortable. Nous sommes très disponibles pour faire que votre séjour reste inoubliable !

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the Ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
