Bienvenu chez Léon ! Atelier intégralement rénové sur cours calme et arborée. Nous avons aménagé l’espace comme nous l’aurions fait pour notre propre habitation avec des meubles et objets trouvés lors de nos voyages, un mixte de pièces Space age ou des portes venues tout droit du Maroc et retravaillées dans un esprit contemporain ... le linge de maison est fourni et le nécessaire pour cuisiner est disponible. Nous espérons que vous y passerez un séjour agréable ; c’est calme et chaleureux !!!

SPACE! to breath & relax! Unique Loft by the Canal

Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Climatisation Dyson, fibre, Nespresso… Tout y est. Jusqu'à 7 personnes. ⚠️ Petite marche de 20cm à l'entrée, accès PMR difficile. Climatisation dans le salon uniquement. Les chambres sont équipées de refroidisseurs.

Il comprend 4 couchages : 1 lit double (160x200 cm) en mezzanine donnant sur le salon (petite hauteur sous plafond voir photo), et 2 chauffeuses au rez-de chaussée dans le salon. Calme mais au coeur d'un quartier commerçant et très animé. Base de départ idéale pour visiter paris ou pour travailler. Linge de lit et serviettes fournies.

Petit havre de paix, refait à neuf, tout équipé, dans une rue commerçante entourée de bars cosy et proximité des métros Parmentier ( 3)Rue Saint Maur (3)et Ménilmontant (2) Pas ouvert aux locations avec enfants ni adolescents à cause d un escalier sans garde-corps.

This bright & sunny 45 sq. m., 2 floor loft style house is cozy, chic & located in the charming area of Belleville. Plus there is a patio with plants & flowers where you can enjoy a meal or just hang out. Relax in the large bathtub with a view of the sky! There is one double bed plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room that can be used for 25 euros per extra person.

Welcome to my loft! The apartment is located on the 5th floor with lift, it consists of two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The lounge area is open to the kitchen, it is very pleasant thanks to its many windows. The apartment is located a stone's throw from Place de la Bastille.
