Secteur réputé pour ses bars et ses restaurants, dynamique et très commerçant, très bien desservi par les transports (métros lignes 1,2,6,8,9 et RER A, 3 bus). Marché d'Aligre à proximité.

Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Very nice 506 sq. ft. loft situated along a cobbled passage with a small terrace and away from noisy Parisian streets. Neighborhood offers a large variety of restaurants (including French cuisine). We have a parking spot which is accessible with a swipe card (price: 30 euros/day). Metro line: 9 and buses two minutes away (76.56.46,61)

Très bien situé dans le quartier de la Campagne à Paris à 7 min à pied du métro Gambetta et 15 min en métro du centre de Paris. Quartier parfait pour goûter à la vie de village parisienne.

Charmant deux pièces, refait à neuf récemment, avec petite terrasse pour prendre son petit déjeuner dehors. La pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte sur salon est extrêmement agréable. La salle de bain est moderne et fonctionnelle. Chambre à l'étage. Non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
