Apt with balcony near the Canal

A charming fully-furnished Haussmannian apartment, ideally located between Canal St Martin and Montmartre, a few min from Gare du Nord station. The kitchen is fully equipped (this is my primary residence), and you can even eat on the balcony. The living room gives onto a small street with pedestrians (Little India -great restos) but not much traffic, the bedroom gives onto a quiet courtyard. A 5th floor walk-up, it's best for young couples. My things (ceramics, clothes...) remain in the flat.

Charming studio with sleeping area and large balcony. Just 50 mts from the Bassin de la Villette, and 10 min walk from the Buttes Chaumont park. Subway station Jaurès at 5 min (3 lines). Comfortable bed, medium size 140 x 200. Wi-Fi. TV with Netflix and Amazon. Parking lot available in the building. Mobile Air cooler for temporary use (too noisy for sleeping). Fan available. Please note that the apartment is located on a busy street, so it's not totally quiet, even with double glazing.

Carefully designed, this sunny 70s apartment with SW terrace was written about in Architectural Digest, ELLE Deco, and other design publications. Recently renovated by an architect, it’s located at 200m from the famous Buttes-Chaumont park, 1 minute from the metro, and 400m from the Canal. Located in a quiet street between the park and the canal waterfront with its cinemas, trendy bars and restaurants. Back home, take a bath or chill at the sunny South-West terrace.

Only a few minutes from the metro stations (lines 2, 13, 12).
