Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Studio de 20m2 au calme. Situé aux portes de Paris. Proche du stade de France et du marché aux Puces. Une pièce de vie avec cuisine aménagée. Une chambre/coin nuit avec armoire de rangement. Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

Notre studio de 15 m2 vous accueille dans un bel immeuble haussmannien du 17e arr. Vous l'apprécierez pour son côté cosy, sa luminosité, le petit balcon avec vue spectaculaire. Le studio est au 7e étage Sans ascenseur. Nous vous prions à prévoir des valises appropriées. Transports, commerces, parcs à proximité. L'Arc du Triomphe, Champs Elysées à 15 -20 min à pied/ métro. Kitchenette équipée, séjour avec canapé-lit (couchage rapide), salle d’eau et WC (lavabo, douche et toilettes).

Séjour romantique à Montmartre

Mon logement est idéal pour une escapade romantique au coeur de Montmartre, ce quartier si typiquement parisien. Entre la commerçante rue des Abbesses et le moulin de la Galette vous accèderez en quelques pas au Sacré-Coeur d'où vous aurez une des plus belles vues de Paris. Au pied de la Butte Montmartre, vous serez en quelques minutes dans des quartiers très animés, Cabarets, Théâtres et restaurants feront de votre séjour à Paris un moment unique. Métro Pigalle et Abbesses à proximité.

New apartment totally renewed by an architect, a lot of light, under the roof with the top of the Eiffel Tower view! In the heart of Batignolles and Montmartre district, at 10min walking distance from the Sacré Cœur, at 10min walking distance from Moulin Rouge and the very dynamic district Pigalle, at 20min walking distance from Madeleine/ Concorde... On the 5th floor without elevator but a great space, light and view when you re in the apartment! It worths it!

Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
