Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Very luminous flat, bigger than typical apartments in Paris and nicely decorated with a charming touch. Feel the Parisian vibe in a neighborhood surrounded by local markets, cafés and stores with easy access to main attractions: 5 min line 14 direct to Orly airport, 7 min line 2 & 3. Stylish apartment on pedestrian street

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Bienvenue dans ce charmant appartement au 4e étage avec ascenseur, situé dans le 17e arrondissement de Paris. Alliant confort moderne et élégance parisienne, il comprend une chambre spacieuse avec literie de qualité, une salle de bain en marbre avec douche à l’italienne, et une cuisine équipée ouverte sur une salle à manger, séparée du salon. Studio balcon proche Champs Elysées

Notre studio de 15 m2 est situé dans un bel immeuble haussmannien du 17e arr. Vous l'apprécierez pour son côté cosy, sa luminosité, le petit balcon avec vue. Le studio est au 7e étage Sans ascenseur. Nous vous prions à prévoir des valises appropriées (à monter vous même). Transports, commerces, parcs à proximité. L'Arc du Triomphe, Champs Elysées à 15 -20 min à pied/ metro. Kitchenette équipée, séjour avec canapé-lit (couchage rapide) salle d’eau et WC (lavabo, douche et toilettes).

My Little Paris - Villiers

Je vous propose mon studio dans lequel je vis, idéalement situé sur la rue de Lévis avec tous les commerces au bas de l’immeuble. Métro villiers (ligne 2 et 3) L’appartement se situe au 6eme et dernier étage avec ascenseur jusqu’au 5eme. Il dispose d’un lit escamotable canapé dans le salon, d’une salle de douche, d’un wc séparé, et une cuisine équipée ( lave linge séchant, four micro onde et réfrigérateur avec congélateur). La pièce donne sur 2 balcons donnant sur la rue de Lévis.
