Studio de 20 m2 refait à neuf avec balcon sud sur la Tour Eiffel et 2 double lits, au cœur du XVème dynamique, à 10 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et à quelques mètres du métro : notre studio de famille fait partie d'un immeuble 70's, construit par notre grand-père paternel ! Possibilité de louer une place de parking pour 20€/jour-100€/semaine. Possibilité de dépôt des bagages avant le check-in (15h-20h pm) et après le check-out (8h>10h am) pour 5€/valises. Nous avons hâte de vous recevoir !

Bienvenue! 🤗 Cet appartement situé dans un environnement calme et sûr est très bien équipé! TV connectée 55 pouces (toutes les chaines du monde), fibre optique, wifi, lave linge séchant, plaque induction, four à micro ondes, balcon aménagé, réfrigérateur, congélateur, canapé-lit (queen size). In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
