The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also cas that live with them

Bienvenue dans notre duplex sous les toits, climatisé, avec une vue imprenable sur Notre Dame et la Seine ! Il faut monter 3 étages à pied mais le balcon sur lequel vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner en admirant la cathédrale sera votre récompense ! Entièrement équipé et meublé d'antiquités, notre appartement logera 4 invités avec un lit queen size et un canapé convertible très comfortable. Nous sommes très disponibles pour faire que votre séjour reste inoubliable !

L'appartement est divisé en 2 hébergements fermant chacun avec sa clé L'entrée de l'appartement est commune aux 2 hébergements. L'hébergement des voyageurs avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel n'est pas partagé, c'est comme un studio avec balcon. Il y a un espace chambre avec un lit Queen size, 1 armoire-penderie, lampadaires, cuisine équipée et petit espace douche. Le WC est en face la chambre. Au balcon : 1 table et 2 chaises, un espace est réservé au jardinage.

Welcome to the “Chardon de Belleville”! You will occupy the entire small 37m2 apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a four-storey house - in complete autonomy. It offers all the amenities: small living room, fitted kitchen, large bathroom with a washing machine, fast WIFI... Crossing, bright and easy to ventilate, it overlooks a quiet street and our interior garden (where you can have your breakfast on shiny summer days).
