Possibilité de parking dans l'immeuble, couvert et sécurisé pour une moyenne voiture (largeur du parking 220cm, cf photo). Tarif : 20 euros / jour. Secteur réputé pour ses bars et ses restaurants, dynamique et très commerçant, très bien desservi par les transports (métros lignes 1,2,6,8,9 et RER A, 3 bus). Marché d'Aligre à proximité.

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Au dernier étage avec ascenseur d’un immeuble de type Haussmannien. Balcon exposition plein sud avec une vue dégagée. L’appartement est pourvu de 3 chambres et d’une agréable pièce de vie. Toutes les pièces de l’appartement possèdent au moins une fenêtre ce qui le rend très lumineux et agréable à vivre même quand le soleil est timide sur Paris. J’habite un quartier familial avec un accès à la coulée verte de la rue. Tous commerces et commodités à proximité. Au pied du métro lignes 6 et 8.

Charme et confort au deuxième étage d'un immeuble du 16ème siècle (troisième étage pour les Américains), dans une impasse calme et pourtant en plein centre de Paris. Poutres apparentes, tomettes, décoration contemporaine, oeuvres d'art du monde entier, grand séjour de 50m2, 2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau, quartier vivant et commerçant, tous transports à proximité. Fauteuil convertible en lit une place dans le salon (déplié, le lit fait 80cm x 190cm). Attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Very quiet 1 king-size bed, fully-equipped appartment in the heart of the lively 11th arrondissement, conveniently located in a "dead-end" street (hence no traffic at all) . Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

Live like a local in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Our 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms loft is a former Eiffel atelier (you will notice the beams are the same style as the Eiffel Tower!). The space sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.
