Je serais disponible pour vous aider tout au long de votre séjour. En cas d'absence ma soeur co-hote se tient à votre disposition. Situé à deux pas du canal Saint-Martin, de la place de la République et du Marais, le quartier regorge de restaurants, de boutiques hipster et d’animations nocturnes, le tout à proximité de lignes de métro qui vous permettront d’explorer la ville. a 3 min a pied du métro république et ses nombreuses lignes desservants tout paris.

au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Idéalement situé dans le haut Marais, rue de Turenne, proche de la rue de Bretagne. Quartier très vivant remplis de restaurants, magasins et galeries! L appartement est récent, moderne et a beaucoup de charme. Il a été Décoré par ma maman qui est décoratrice:) Il est lumineux avec vue sur les toits et calme car il donne sur cour. 2 pièces : une chambre et un salon-cuisine avec canapé lit (draps non fournis pour le canapé) Pour l’été pas de climatisation, il y a un ventilateur. Very cosy, great atmosphere, feeling like being in a chalet. Very bright thanks to numerous windows, in a very calm street, located 2 minutes by feet from Place des Vosges in the Marais district and from Opera Bastille, and nearby 3 metro-lines (1, 5 and 8)

Charming and authentic Parisian flat

Located in one of the most bustling districts in Paris but on a quiet street, my flat is a sweet and cosy 35 m2 nest, bright, with a balcony where you can have meals in summer, a very personal decoration blending design and antiques, fully-equipped . All touristic spots easily reachable thanks to 2 subway lines and a bus. Walking distance from the Père Lachaise cemetery (10 mn) and the Marais district (25 mn). Many foodstores, nice cafés and restaurants around.

Quiet Studio

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

Agréable appartement de 40 m2, situé dans le XXème à Belleville, au deuxième étage (sans ascenseur) d'un ancien immeuble. Son emplacement est très appréciable car l'entrée de l'immeuble se situe sur une rue piétonne avec de nombreux bars et restaurants, quant à l'appartement il est sur une deuxième cour intérieure ce qui le rend calme et loin de l'agitation. Vue dégagée des fenêtres. A deux pas du métro, à 4 stations du Centre Pompidou (10 min)...

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
