Bungalow Style home with resort like backyard!!!

Award winning floor plan with a perfect layout for entertaining guests. Some of the features of the home include laminate flooring, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, under cabinet lighting, gas range, stainless fridge and dishwasher. The living room offers very comfortable leather reeling sofa's with heat & massage. Very comfortable backyard with many amenities including a pool, hot-tub, bbq and plenty of seating. The neighborhood is quiet & provides walking paths and access to greenbelt.

Rockin' Sunset Cottage-Near Hyde Park/Downtown

Ramble on to a coveted north-end neighborhood, perfect for any rockin' getaway. Just blocks away from the foothills. Frolic the Boise River at Whitewater Park or bike the Greenbelt, both are just 1 mile away. Enjoy a walk around the neighborhood and visit Sunset Park with the kids. Drink coffee on the deck. Enjoy fixing supper and then playing cards. Downtown is only 3 miles away. Safe and clean, we are CDC/disinfection compliant and pet-friendly. The time is now, book for an unforgettable stay!

Kitchen with cook top, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, & washer/dryer. WIFI & SMART TV 4 bikes provided with a firepit & bbq grill. Located on a private park with playground, soccer, volleyball & basketball court. Neighborhood features walking paths, ponds, and parks and within walking distance to the greenbelt, grocery stores, rite aid, etc. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, with a fully loaded, recently renovated home. This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.
