Rich Mountain View near Boone and ASU

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you

Or just enjoy peaceful moments on the front porch of this tiny home where you’ll find it hard to believe you are so close to town!

Modern Mountain A-Frame, Hot Tub, 15 Min to Boone

The A-Frame on Blueberry Hill can comfortably sleep 8 guests. You will love the huge deck & the large hot tub. The property sits on 5 acres made up of rolling hills & 2 small ponds. In addition to the king & queen bedrooms, there is an upstairs loft area with a queen bed adjacent to the bathroom, as well as a recently renovated full basement with a set of bunk beds, a queen bed, and a large sectional sofa and TV. This is a perfect spot for kids or teens!

The loft is separate from our house, privacy assured. Enjoy our friendly chickens, walk in our gardens. 12 minutes from Boone. 15 minutes to ASU. Cozy, modern. Fast Internet. Pet free space. Adults only +(infants under 7 mo. Stocked kitchen. If you cook, we ask you to clean up too, and leave the kitchen as you found it. Views of Snake mountain, famous for hang gliding. Trout fishing & 3 nearby ski slopes. All 30 minutes to one hour from loft.

This lovely weekender or longer-term getaway retreat is +- 750 square feet of cozy comfortable space. It is a very nicely appointed rustic cabin of modern studio design. It has everything you need for that affordable vacation away from it all and is nestled on a prominent site among 15 surrounding acres of lush forest. Build a fire in the wood burning fireplace or outside in the firepit. Grill outside, sit and listen to the birds.
