Penthouse for rent in a very hip, quiet street with an abundance of restaurants, bars, cafes and high quality clothes and antiques shops. The apartment is situated in the central part of Copenhagen and you have all the major sights withing walking distance. This includes Amalienborg, Tivoli, Rosenborg, the latin quarter and the main street Strøget. Nørreport is the nearest station with trains to and from the airport every second minute. The apartment consists of a large room with a fully equipped, integrated kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, ice machine and a microwave oven, which is connected to a terrace and a mezzanine. The mezzanine is accessed on a small ladder and has a double bed. Bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Denne lille loftlejlighed er perfekt til par, der ønsker en ferie væk fra storbyen, omringet af smukke marker, sommerhuse og en strand 5 minutters cykling herfra. Der er mulighed for lån af en ekstra madras, hvis man kommer mere end 2. Lejligheden ligger ovenpå en anden bolig, hvortil der er duer og geder med kid, så der er et dejligt gårdliv. Wonderful light loft style apartment

Lovely three bedroom apartment with a roof terrace and amazing views. In a listed building from 1860. It’s in the middle of Elmegade, a cosy boutiquestyle street full of winebars, cafes and lovely clothes shops. The flat is situated on the top and has wonderful views all over Copenhagen. It's very quiet and full of light. A perfect place to relax and rewind. There is easy access to public transport and walking distance to most sights. You will have a lovely time here.

Vi, værterne, Jørgen og Ulla, bor selv i stueetagen og der er fælles indgang til huset fra gårdhaven, som vores gæster kan benytte. Huset ligger centralt i den gamle bydel med 2 min. gang til Isefjorden og med gangsti til Rørvig Havn og 1,5 km til Kattegat med en af landets bedste badestrande.
