35 sqm bright and cosy studio flat on houseboat placed in the very center of Copenhagen but still quiet surroundings, sleeps two to 3 persons. (2 beds that sleeps 3) + extra mattress. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area on deck. We have central heating, so the temperature is comfortable all year round. Fra stuen er der udgang til en skøn terrasse hvor du kan nyde den unikke udsigt, morgen-middag & aftensol. Tag en dukkert eller nyd en tur på supboard. Underetagen: 3 værelser: 1 værelse med dobbeltseng & terrasse. 1 børneværelse med 1 enkelt seng 90x200cm. 1 børneværelse med enkelt seng 80x200cm mulighed for 160x200cm seng. Stort flot badeværelse.

Welcome to our charming houseboat Cocoon in Copenhagen. You will have 55 square meters of floating residence full of "hygge" as well as a terrace. The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. Unique houseboat - amazing location!

Welcome onboard! The houseboat is located in the beautiful area Holmen - close to Christianshavn and only 2 km (1,2 miles) by bike/walking from downtown Cph. It is also right next to NOMA and Refshaleøen - here you will find coffee, sauna and a swim at La Banchina, art galleries, flea markets, streetfood and a traditional Danish marina serving smørrebrød. Welcome aboard: Enjoy the long summer nights drinking wine on the sundeck, swim in the canal or feed the swans.

Blue Raft - floating camping

Nyd Københavns blå bynatur fra "blue raft". På blue raft har I de perfekte rammer for hygge og afslapning. En oplevelse som både egner sig til kæresteparret, vennerne og børnefamilien. På soldækket har I bord og bænke samt et hegn, som skærmer for vind. I sovesektionen er der plads til fire voksne inklusiv bagage, og der er installeret lys, madrasser og transparente døre. blue raft er forankret ude i vandet, og der medfølger en 4 personers jolle i hele lejeperioden.

New and modern houseboat close to downtown Copenhagen. This is a complete home with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, and an indoor gated parking spot. You have several grocery shops 1 minute away. You are only approx 15-20 minutes away from downtown Copenhagen with public transportation (the metro, bus or the Copenhagen harbor ferry). NOTE: you can jump right into the water directly from the boat!

Det `Romantiske` - Flot værelse med udsigt

Boligen ligger i flotte landlige omgivelser tæt på lille by, ved navn Gislev. Boligen er en gammel landbrugsejendom, og er omgivet af marker. Vi har i alt 3 værelser som vi udlejer. I dag bruges den som en normal bolig. Stedet beboes og drives af Hanni og Jan. Stedet ligger tæt på Egeskov og Lykkesholms Slot.
