Situata intr-o zona linistita, la aproximativ 400 m de partia Bradul, proprietatea face parte dintr-un ansamblu de vile cu parcare, zona pentru gratar cu masa si scaune. Vila are un numar de 7 camere: etajul 1 - 3 camere, etajul 2- 3 camere, mansarda-1 camera.Fiecare camera are baie proprie cu dus, tv, uscator de par. Parterul vilei este open space si include spatiul de luat masa, livingul cu semineu si o toaleta. Demisolul inculde o bucatarie complet utilata, spatiul de luat masa si toaleta.

Aki House consists of Aki Junior apartment ground-floor and Aki Gray apartment first floor and it’s attic. Both apartments have private entrance. Aki Junior apartment consists of one bedroom, open space living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house has lots of character and lies at the foot of the mountains. Many of Brasov’s main sites are within a 10 min walk: the 1st Romanian School (5 min), Poarta Schei (5 min), the Black Church and Republicii pedestrian area with shops and restaurants.
