Very clean, well-appointed, and great location for exploring the city. We had a minor issue and it was quickly resolved. Would stay again!

Perfect destination and right next to the major attractions. Food joints are 5-10mins walk, main city centre is 10-15mins walk. Apartment is perfect for 4 people stay and quite comfortable. We love the place and can stay definitely again when we are back. Roman is very responsive and always ready to support. Thank you for hosting us…!!!

Het appartement van Christina was heerlijk. Ze had zelfs speelgoed voor onze zoon klaar gelegd en was erg blij om onze hond te ontmoeten. Elke dag maakten we wel een praatje en daarnaast zorgde ze bij afwezigheid even voor wat opruimen en lege prullenbakken e.d. We hadden het erg naar onze zin.

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

great place to stay for marvelloud days in cesky krumlov!

If you are looking for a big city to run around, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a German village, across from a lake with a walking trail, but with a grocery 50 meters from your door, this is the place. It's quiet and pretty - a great place to relax. It's also close to the autobahn so, if you do want to visit Nuremberg, Wuerzburg, Bamberg, Munich (we got to all of them) ... the drive is fast. A very clean (with a weekly cleaning lady), comfortable, large apartment with all the amenities. We never waited long for Jurgen's responses. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We'd go back.

Mein Partner und ich waren für eine Nacht in Regensburg untergekommen. Das Appartement war wirklich schön, vorallem das zweite Bett oben im Giebel. Am Abend waren wir noch in der Stadt unterwegs und etwas essen. Alles war super zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement ist klar zu empfehlen, wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!♡

Bonjour j'ai eu un questionnaire sur ce logement, je pense que 5 étoiles c'est pas assez pour cette appartement 10 sur 10 c'est mieux, moi qui est un peu critique, rien à redire bien au contraire, du parking privé à la terrasse avec ça baie vitrée et cette sublime et magnifique appartement 😍😍😍. j'ai hâte d'y revenir très bientôt sans problème. Uns hat es in dem Appartement mit dem tollen Ausblick in die Natur gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Einrichtung gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Bahnhof zu erreichen. Eine Skipiste ist direkt vor Ort. In den Wintermonaten sind Schneeketten zu empfehlen.

Nikola und Martin sind sehr hilfsbereite und kommunikative Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft gelegen, mitten in der Natur. Es ist nicht weit bis zu einem kleinen Bach. Und man wohnt zwischen zwei Parks. Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war eine schöne Zeit.
