The property is on solar power, has a backup generator and borehole. Detached from the main house, overlooking a swimming pool and beautiful gardens, the cottage has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, bar and a kitchen. It has own entrance and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to 2 shopping centers and is 10 minutes from CBD. Listing price is for one guest and each extra guest attracts an additional 10 pounds per night. We also have dogs on the property but they will not be an inconvenience.
