Maritimus Excelsior suites 1

Maritimus Excelsior is a new addition to luxury accommodation in Zakynthos. Newly constructed and finished to the highest standards the property has a number of outstanding feature: Property fronts directly on to sandy Alykes beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, pool deck, loungers, bbq area and gardens Quiet location, yet only a short stroll from the bars and restaurants in Alykes. Private secure parking, Wifi and satellite TV. Apartments are cleaned daily and owners are on hand and happy to help with any advice you need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, including washing facilities and Nespresso machine. The entire property sleeps up to 12 people on three floors. However, it can also be let in two self-contained sections, with separate entrances: Ground floor suite contains one double en-suite room, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. (sleeps 5 comfortably) Upper floors suite contains three double bedrooms each with their own separate bathrooms. (sleeps 7 comfortably) Alykes is situated a short drive from Zakynthos Airport and is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in the Ionian Islands. Alykes beach is a safe, shallow Blue Flag beach, with a range of watersports available a short distance down the beach from our property. Whether you want to travel along the coast visiting hidden beaches and coves, enjoy the fine sea-food and wine of Zakynthos or Vollimes or even if you want to try the bars and clubs of Laganas or Argassi, Alykes is a perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Daily boat trips leave from the pier beside Maritimus Excelsior for the world-famous Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves. We designed this property to create a holiday home that blends well with the natural landscape. Environmentally-friendly materials underpinned the construction and a selection of bright colours were used to reflect the colour of the sea and the Greek sun. The name Maritimus is inspired by a native plant, the sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum), a protected species which can be seen growing on Alykes beach.

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

You will fall in love with this romantic summer holiday tower, only 70 meters from St Nicholas (Agios Nikolaos) beach, in Vasilikos. National Marine Park exhibition centers of Gerakas and Dafni are close to the property. An ideal place for group of three, couples with children or group of friends.

This apartment is conviniently located near restaurants , dining spots,tourist shops and close to the beach . Guests can enjoy the outdoors spaces, and the neighbourhood. This place is perfect for couples, solo travellers, families with kids, and larger groups. The room is a charming duplex room with a cozy downstairs area with a sofa and a small kitchenette. Upstairs you will find a spacious room with a double bed. The studio also includes a small balcony.

There is also secure parking, BBQ, prive pool and its very own vegetable garden. Our farm is in 50m distance so every one who wants has the opportunity to visit and see our beautiful animals.
