Jootiq Villas are located on a luscious region overwhelmed by surrounding olive groves. Zakynthos being a large island makes this location perfect since it is situated between the town center and Tsilivi tourist resort and just 6 minutes away from each. The shallow waters of Tsilivi beach make it ideal for young children and the beach bars and water sports facilities will please adults alike. Alternatively Tsilivi also has a fun waterpark and a nice mini golf course to keep everyone entertained.

Our home is a 65 square meter floor-through apartment on the 4th floor offering an amazing panoramic view of the town, located in the centre of Zakynthos, a 2 minute walk from the shopping district. It is equipped with 2 queen size beds, elevator, parking, fully equipped kitchen, 48inch TV with Chromecast, high speed internet, fireplace and air-conditioning. 100% solar powered. 700m from the Bus Station (9min walk) 3.5km from the Airport (10min drive) 1.4km from the Port of Zante (5min drive)

The Farm Cottage is a a cosy and factional house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also secure parking, BBQ, prive pool and its very own vegetable garden. Our farm is in 50m distance so every one who wants has the opportunity to visit and see our beautiful animals. The cottage is located in a very peaceful area, yet is a 2-5 min drive from the closest market, restaurants,bars,taverns and beaches.

the house is located in the picturesque area of village Agalas,at the west side part o the island.The family accomodacion enjoys an exeptional position,on top of a hill.It is a beautiful and calm location .Also near the house is Damianos Caves were you can enjoy the sunset.Keri light house and Keri village ar all in close proximity.
