The house was perfect. Clean, all the furnitures we needed (even baby bed and baby chair). Also, Giorgio is here to answer all your questions in the hour. And the instructions given on the islands and the restaurants were really useful

Villa G&K, An Enchanting Secluded Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charming details. Nikos and his team were incredibly welcoming, always available with helpful tips and quick to respond. The villa is in a peaceful, idyllic location, yet still central, with nice views over the valley. The house is spacious, bright, and has a beautiful garden with citrus trees a lovely pool. A friendly staff member came by daily to tend the garden, check the pool, and even brought fresh pastries at times – a very thoughtful touch! While the kitchen isn’t equipped like grandma’s, it has all the essentials. The bathrooms were hotel-quality, much better than what we usually expect from AirBnB. There were some mosquitoes in the evenings, but with window screens in place, it wasn’t an issue at all. Any small problems were quickly and efficiently handled by Nikos, making our stay smooth and relaxing. We had an amazing time and highly recommend both the villa and Nikos as a host!!

Villa Castelletto & Spa Sea View with Heated pool

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Castelletto with our 2 boys (6 and 2). The Villa is in a gorgeous location in the hills of Zakynthos. It’s incredibly peaceful and private, but 5 minutes down the road and you have fantastic seaside restaurants and the beach. A great location to explore the island. Our favourite beach (Alykes) was only a 12 minute drive, as was the water parks and Zante town was about 20 mins. The villa itself is fully equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The aircon was amazing in 38 degree heat, as was the refreshing pool. The views are stunning. Bessy was incredibly helpful and kind with so many recommendations for restaurants and beaches / activities for the kids. Mira the housekeeper was so lovely with our children and & very thoughtful. We had such a memorable holiday, we would really recommend staying at this Villa.

Dionysios' villa is gorgeous and matches the pictures. Dio has designed and furnished his property with love and passion and you can see that in every detail. The tropical garden with pool is an experience in itself. We spent some days completely at home by the pool and went out for a nice meal in the evening. You can have a good time that way. Dio was easy to reach, gave us lots of tips for the island and always supported us. Thanks to his warm, attentive but also discreet manner, we 4 women felt very well taken care of and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. 5 stars for this unique host and his wonderful villa ⭐️💖

Villa Esthesis 2 is absolutely beautiful! A tranquil location with direct private access onto the beach and into the warm sea. Every consideration has been given to the luxurious and tasteful interior design of the Villa which is well equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. Our stay was enhanced by wonderful support from the owners and from Emmy and Valia who were incredibly responsive and always on hand with a warm welcome and help and advice whenever we needed it. A wonderful week in a very special location and a fabulous Villa. Thank you.

Blue Sea House with Stunning view and private pool

We have just returned from an amazing 10 day holiday at Blue Sea House & all we can is wow! The villa is spotless & kept immaculate & includes daily housekeeping, which we weren’t aware of, but was a really nice & pleasant surprise. Michela was an amazing host & always available, despite her & her family working all hours. She & her family do live above the apartment, but we never saw them the entire 10 days & we could tell they were consciously staying away, so we had the place to ourselves. We had a toddler in tow & Michela went out of her ways to buy a cot for him. She pointed us in the direction of supermarkets, boat tour providers & everything else. The kitchen was fully functional & had everything we needed. The outside area was amazing, the pool & views exceptional to the extent we stayed in on a couple of days relaxing. Could not fault Blue Seas in anyway. We hope to come back to Zante one day and if we do we will certainly be staying with Michela and at Blue Seas!

The accommodation was outstanding and the view was beautiful. Onsite assistant was attentive and made check-in simple and gave clear instructions on where amenities were located. Host is very responsive and helped us with every detail. Will definitely visit again and would recommend to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Zakynthos! The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a truly relaxing vacation — with a amazing pool and the showers have great water pressure, which was a nice bonus. Although we visited during the low season, it was easy to imagine how incredible the villa would be in the summer. The location is perfect: just a short drive from the airport, with spacious on-site parking, outdoor grill and only minutes from Zakynthos Marine Park. We loved hiking and trail running there while taking in the breathtaking views. Nikos went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with bottled water and fresh fruit on arrival, they shared with us their local BBQ during our stay, and even offered a late check-out. So kind, accommodating, it truly made our visit extra special. We would absolutely love to return someday. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us!

Een met de natuur! We waren de enige in de vier units dus totale privacy half april. Het weer was koud en ook met regen en de pool 8 graden maar daar zo alleen zijn maakt het je geld wel waard. Mooie plek voor speciale omstandigheden! Toen de buren kwamen de laatste ochtend vond ik het gelijk wel gehorig. En Vaios was een geweldige gastheer, dankjewel Vaios!

Top verblijf gehad! Mooi zwembad met fijne ligbedden en dichtbij het strand waar een paar leuke restaurantjes zijn. Ook de (kleine) supermarkt is heel dichtbij. Roula is erg gastvrij, heeft tips voor restaurants (met korting) en trips en ze zorgt ervoor dat er regelmatig wordt schoongemaakt (de tijd in overleg). Zelf geen last gehad van lawaai van de weg. We mochten ook nog wat langer blijven in overleg, aangezien we laat terugvlogen, en Spiros wilde ons wel brengen. Heel fijn! Thank you Roula en Spiros! :)

Wir waren vier Nächte bei Spiros und seiner Familie zu Gast und wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man so braucht, inkl. einem kleinen Balkon. Zum Flughafen braucht man nur 5 min und die Unterkunft bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Alles war sehr sauber und nach zwei Tagen wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke nochmal und alles Gute!

Such a beautiful place. The apartment was fabulous but the little cove was out of this world. It was like bein on our own dessert island. The weather wasn't kind to us but we were looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were sorry to move on.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Zakynthos. From the moment we arrived, Savvina and Mama Nena made us feel right at home with a warm greeting. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the beautiful surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time on the island, and the flexible checkout made our departure much easier. Highly recommended!

Дуже приємно насолоджуватись шумом моря лежачи у зручному ліжку. Велике подвір'я з обох боків будинку,є мангал. Привітний і завжди готовий допомогти господар. Наше перебування незабутнє!

Wir hatten unfassbar schöne und entspannende 9 Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind einfach der Hammer, aber auch der Rest ist sehr gemütlich und einladenden gestaltet. Wir haben auch auf den Matratzen sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr gut entspannen können. Das Grundstück ist weitestgehend uneinsichtig und man kann in der näheren Umgebung einigen Tieren begegnen (Eseln, Hühner, Ziegen, Katzen…). Man kommt mit dem Mietwagen gut überall hin. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 min den Berg runter bei einigen Tavernen, einer Bäckerei oder dem Supermarkt. Wer abends ausgehen möchte: auch Taxen sind genug verfügbar und bringen einen sicher hin und zurück. Roussa und Katharina (und ihr Papa) sind großartige Gastgeber und helfen einem immer. Toll war auch, dass die Unterkunft alle paar Tage gereinigt wurde. Danke Euch! Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay in the farm cottage for three weeks and will not hesitate to recommend the house to our friends and other customers . We would like to thank all who took part - especially Thalia and our Host. He is a very charming person and offered us fresh and biological fruits, vegetabels for our desposal - and Thalia was always a kindly, competent and helpfully person with good suggestions. The area was quiet and relaxing but not to far away from the main sector. You will hear in the morning animals from the farm nearby like chickens, donkeys and peacock`s - we all loved them so peaceful and beautiful. Domino (and the other cats) we had immediately closed in our hearts . Thank you for your awesome paradies and the great hospitality we encountered. We are looking forward to come back!
