Lavender apartment is a cozy one bedroom apartment. Apartment is air-conditioned with free Wi Fi. Features large living room with flat screen TV and pull-out sofa where two more people can sleep, kitchenette with a dining table, and bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You can sit outside on a balcony enjoying in cup of coffee or glass of wine with the view to the building's closed backyard . Apartment is located in the center of the old town, yet on a quiet location. The apartment is located in a quiet building on the ground floor. Only a staircase are common to all tenants and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh. After a lovely walk by the sea and marine near by, you can have some quality sleep in our 2 large bedrooms, on a comfortable king size beds. You can also hang out in a beautiful living room with a cozy couch and ambilight TV and have a rest after a nice shower. During season, the Old Town is very crowded and full of life almost 24/7, which makes our location just perfect.

Old stone house on the shore close to the sea with large garden surrounded by various plants. In front is the island of love in the shape of hearts in the air and called Galešnjak. Ideal location for family holidays through all year!
