It is perfect for those who want to be close to the lively city center, while enjoying peace and privacy. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building, allowing you to easily do all your basic shopping, and a children's playground in the immediate vicinity.

My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

New building (2020), with private key card entrance, private parking garage for 2 cars. City center,50m from marina and sea, 5 minute walk to Kolovare beach, 7 minutes walk to old town. Designer decorated, with fiber optic star sky, interior led lighting and light ambience system. All rooms are equipped with automatic air-condition. Satellite Tv, Cable Tv, Youtube, Netflix in each room. Doorbell camera on the hallway of my apartment building.

Spacious, bright and comfy apartment, 2 large rooms for 5 persons. A/C in every room (living room and both bedrooms), LCD and WIFI provided. Kitchen fully equipped. FREE PARKING around the building. The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.
