Super clean townhome located on a quiet neighborhood; contemporary furniture and high-quality beds; private covered garage and the convenience of a washer/dryer inside the house. Private small backyard too. Close to Walmart (1.8 miles) and restaurants. Garage is available but won’t fit longer/taller than normal vehicles like long and tall pickups/SUVs. Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided, tubs are intended to be used as showers only.

Enjoy our large beautiful music studio turned AirBnB. It is separate from the main house with a private entrance and off-street parking. We are centrally located and only 15 mins. from Algodones, Mexico. There’s a full bathroom, microwave, coffee station, outdoor grill, and pool. Parks, hiking and bike paths are nearby too. You will have access to our huge yard with 5 sitting areas to relax. Hear and see the birds chirping in the morning, and enjoy the star-filled night sky.

Best Little Airbnb in Arizona !

Guesthouse on private lot in the Foothills long or short term Smartlock Full Kitchen, WIFI 362. Welcome Winter Visiters, Border Patrol, Nurses, and contractors, Shaded Parking, Boat parking, 1/2mi to I-8 22 to Mexico 28 to Martinez lake, 31 mi to YPG. Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy. Enjoy your stay at this modern pool home in Yuma! This property features 2 large master suites, each room has a king bed and sofa bed. Kitchen has high end built in cooktop and ovens, also all brand new appliances. Living room is extra spacious. 3 car garage. This house is near the foothills library, foothills golf courses, the sheriffs station, the I-8. Outside features fire-pit, pool, bbq grill, sitting areas, fruit trees, and more!
