The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

Elevation Tundra House

Settle into the quiet beauty of the Yukon, just outside town, where wide-open fields and mountain views create the perfect backdrop for northern lights viewing. This 2-bedroom space offers comfort and privacy, with a queen bed in one room, two singles in the other, and private bathrooms for both. This private guest space is a beautiful 1 bed cabin in a garden oasis in a quiet and quaint residential neighborhood close to downtown Whitehorse. High end finishes with a beautiful wood stove (and electricity heating), custom Yukon Poplar cabinets, granite counters, and birch floors. Solar and grid power, high-end composting toilet. No running water and no kitchen facilities other than a kettle, refrigerator and basic dishes and cutlery in the suite. Drinking and wash water are provided.

Klondike Kamper

This Klondike Kamper is ideal for couples or small families with young children We have many days blocked off for maintenance, time away from home, etc., but can free up. Please message for availability. It is parked on our small acreage up the hill from Dawson City. Hiking trails right outside the door. We will be happy to give discount for children under 12. Two extra fold out beds in addition to the main bed. Larger group? Rent the cabin and/or more rooms as well. (Same property)
