This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony was really nice. The furniture was cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and even had spices which I always appreciate. I don’t like having to buy salt and pepper when I’m traveling I think it’s ridiculous. The location is perfect. It’s quiet but easy to get to everything fun. The pool it’s pretty and there’s a bar which is a little bonus as well. I could’ve stayed here for a long-term.

el alojamiento es excelente, solía vivir en playa del Carmen, y este Depa en particular te hace una conección entre lo turístico y lo local, se ubica a pocos pasos de la playa, justo a 20 mts está el mercado de comida, tiendas etc, es el mix perfecto entre estar en el área turística, pero como local, y sin el exceso de ruido y gente que tiene la quinta avenida!!! me encantó y ya se lo recomendé a mis amigos que vienen pronto...

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Ann’s place. The position is strategic and close to the main attractions like beach and good restaurants. The amenities and kitchen ware offered is impressive so you can cook your own meal without problema. There’s a supermarket close by too! We’d definitely go back and I can certainly recommend it!

A little slice of paradise in Tulum. We were a family of 4 (2A and 2C aged 13 and 10) and we spent a week at Luis' apartment and we didn't want to leave. Comms leading up to the check in were superb with Miguel (brother) and he was an excellent host all round. If we had a query or issue he responded instantly. The property is in a quiet and secure upmarket area of Tulum and we felt incredibly safe at all times, and had a great night sleep in the most comfortable of beds. There are a few eateries within walking distance and a great little supermarket for all your needs. The space is bigger than it appears in the photos and the outdoor space was both shaded and sunny - you were spoilt for choice of where to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings. The shared space is clean and tidy and the lobby attendant very helpful (knowing a little Spanish goes a long way). It was a great base for our trip to learn more about Mayan culture and I'd not hesitate to return. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

O espaço é muito bom. As avaliações estão corretas. Vou deixar uma avaliação específica para famílias com crianças pequenas. A comunicação com os anfitriões é facil. Letícia nos ajudou em tudo, com lençóis extras para meu filho. O espaço é amplo, a varanda tem uma proteção suficiente para uma criança. A cozinha é completa para fazer refeições dos pequenos com utensílios de qualidade que ajudam no preparo. O apartamento é silencioso, virado para área interna. Andrea fornece um colchão inflável de qualidade com bomba elétrica que meu filho dormiu confortavelmente. A piscina é excelente para crianças, com duas profundidades seguras. O quarto é um pouco claro, mas conseguimos dormir bem mesmo assim. A praia publica é um pouco distante para andar com crianças pequenas, mas o foco da cidade são os passeios então achamos tranquilo. Voltaríamos.

The apartment is beautifully laid out, and feels like a home away from home. Lovely open planned kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating space in the living room, two well-sized balconies, two full bathrooms and double bedrooms. The location is about 10-15 minute walk from 5th and 10th avenue / ADO turistica and is across the street from the Chedraui supermarket, super convenient! It’s also around the corner from the collectivo point for buses Tulum. Gisela and Sergio communicated excellently! Super warm, friendly and welcoming! Provided recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in Playa and well as recommendations for visits across Quintana Roo and Yucatan! Would 1000% stay again!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely unbeatable — just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and the sound of waves lulling us to sleep each night. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. We especially loved the outdoor seating area for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Cecilia and Orane were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was exactly as described, it was clean, it was a beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. The location was not bad. We wish there was a coffee shop or other amenities very close by but Akumal Pueblo is only a few minute drive away and we found a very nice little spot in Akumal Pueblo to have our morning coffee with the locals. Overall, it’s a great value for the money if you rent a vehicle. Thank you for the stay.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! The host, Christiane, and the property managers Sofia and Nicola, were all very friendly and responsive. From the beginning, Christiane was able to flex the check in time since we arrived to the property earlier than expected, which we greatly appreciated. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were amazed...the pictures just don't do it justice! I feel like this is one of those places where it looks just that much more beautiful in person. We felt like we were in paradise and each time we opened the front door when we would come back from one of our activities, that same "wow" feeling returned. The place itself is very spacious. Even though it was just my friend and I, a larger group could easily share the place. That combined with the pool and hot tub surrounded by a beautiful surrounding and 24 hour security made this a place that I would gladly stay in again when I return to Tulum!

Excelente opción en Playa del Carmen para grupos grandes. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo: playas, restaurantes y actividades. El acceso directo a la piscina desde el living fue un gran plus, ideal para relajarse. Cada habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo cual fue perfecto para el calor. Además, cuenta con un espacio que es ideal para niños, con juegos y mesas para que se diviertan. La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos, lo que genera confianza. accesos con contraseña, lo que da seguridad y permite que cada miembro del grupo pueda salir y entrar libremente . La limpieza fue excelente, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, una excelente elección para disfrutar Playa del Carmen en familia o con amigos. ¡Recomendado!

El departamento está genial solo que es importante que publiquen fotos de los baños ya que una de las recámaras es muy pequeña, literal es cuarto de servicio una pareja de amigos que les tocó esa habitación decidieron irse y rentar otro departamento por lo pequeño de la recámara y baño. Si viajan 2 familias o 2 parejas está más que perfecto

Beautiful condo-we thorougly enjoyed our stay! Complex is very close to 5th Ave and right near Calle 38th-great restaurants.The pool is awesome and huge. The private beach club is amazing-plenty of loungers and shade. The club's food and drinks were outstanding, we had lunch there just about every day. Super nice waitress Joanna! I had several massages in the beach hut with Angie , 1 =700pesos. She deserves huge tip! The condo has a full kitchen including water dispenser-get refills in the lobby for about $5USD. There are no included condiments, so bring or buy those. A sponge, dish soap, 1 roll paper towel, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher pellets, hand soap bars, 4 sm shampoos included. Buy large ice bags at the convenience store across the street. There is a washer/dryer combo unit, in Spanish. Dryer takes a very long time-really didn't end up using it. Condo has 9 beach towels. We asked for bath towels, hand towels a few extra blankets and they were quickly sent to us.

This is the best airbnb I have stayed at (and Ive stayed in many). The hosts are very responsive and helful. The appartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. It is also very well equipped, with everything you need. Better equipped than anywhere else Ive stayed. We especially appreciated the things for children, bathtub, carseat, plastic plates and beach toys etc. We felt so at home there. Easy waterservice was a huge bonus too. The pool area is so beautiful, calm big and with both deep and shallow areas. Never too busy, always loungechairs available. Friendly staff at the premises. You need a car preferebly, but the days before we got our rental, we walked to the beachclub no problem (recommend going there). And we had food delivered to the appartment too. Taxis are tricky. Playa del Carmen is a wonderful place with many amazing cenotes easy to get to by car. If you stay here you wont regret it!

When my friends and I walked in, a few of us said, this was the best airbnb we'd ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious for our group of 8. Rooms were clean, lots of space to lay out belongings. Air conditioning was nice and cold once it reached temp. The master bathroom alone was an experience with its double rainfall showerheads. The rooftop access felt very unique and private, overlooking the city with quiet residents on one side and the parties from downtown. We wish we had more time to make use of the grill and pool. We made a 10 minute walk to a grocery store for drinks and snacks. Any time we were hungry, several great choices were within walking distance. We had come for my bachelor party and plenty of places and activities were straight down the street. Cannot emphasize enough how central this rental was. Communication with the property manager was also great, he was very helpful with recommendations and letting us extend our check out time.

this is one of my absolute favorite airbnbs EVER, and I've stayed in a lot of places. this is a gem of a space. the condo itself is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, accurate or if anything even nicer than the photos and description, the views are spectacular, the hosts are easy to communicate with and very attentive and quick to respond with great local suggestions. having the all inclusive option is an awesome option. the beach is stunning. I highly recommend this airbnb. we had a memorable, wonderful stay ✨️ and will gladly return :)
