Upscale Apartment with Private Balcony

Embrace the luxury of this tastefully appointed condo. The residence features unique artwork, cheerful colors, contrasting motifs, wood finishes, and access to shared amenities including hot tubs, a BBQ patio, and a pool, all on the rooftop. Lunada is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, close to all the best activities and amenities of Playa and 1/2 way between Cancun and Tulum. Once you arrive at Lunada you will be impressed as soon as you walk in the door. Walk into the fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area and drink bar and start to unwind. As you open the double patio doors the hammock looks inviting while you look at the peaceful courtyard. Watch a movie on the 55" smart flat screen TV or enjoy your music via blutooth on the stereo while you relax on the comfortable couch with a refreshing beverage. Down the hall you will find two relaxing bedrooms both with their own full tile bathroom and rain shower heads in both showers to start your day right. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 48" smart flatscreen tv. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a walk in closet complete with a safe for your valuables and electronics. When its time to cool down, head up to the rooftop. This is in one of the best rooftops around with a pool, lots of loungers, 2 hot tubs a and a BBQ grill. There are plenty of tables for socializing and meeting people from around the world. Later head down to the gym for a cardio workout or utilize the multiple free weights or machines to keep fit, even while your away. Of course you will want to go to the beach, so a 10 minute walk down 38 ave gets you right in the middle of one of the nicest beaches in Playa. White sand and warm water will have you reaching for your camera for that postcard picture in paradise. Just a 5 minute walk from world famous 5th ave brings you to world class restaurants and shopping. Bars, dancing and entertainment are endless here as there is something for everyone. Wonderful Jungle Villa (private pool)

DURING THIS DAYS WE ARE TAKING EXTRA CONTROL AND PRECAUTIONS ON THE CLEANING: WE USE SPECIAL PRODUCTS TO SANITIZER ALL THE AREAS OF THE VILLA. OUR STAFF USE GLOVES AND MASK ALL THE TIME. This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!

CONTINUOUS RELIABLE WIFI. White shutters open, letting sun into a gorgeous interior full of artisan touches. The residence is quite unique in Playa del Carmen. We have retained the freshness of the colonial Caribbean architecture with, the many large white shutter openings, hand crafted everything! Furniture, cabinets, windows and doors, even the coloured floor tiles are handmade brought in from Merida. The tree-lined street is mostly residential, but with shops and a restaurant .
