We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was perfect, the host was fantastic, and everything was spotless and comfortable. There was plenty of space—both inside and out—for our group of two couples to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cassundra’s beautiful cabin and highly recommend it! She’s a wonderful host who clearly cares about creating a comfortable stay for her guests, like adding thoughtful touches of kitchen items and fresh flowers. The cabin exceeded our expectations and was the perfect retreat after a day of adventuring. It is located in a scenic area with an easy drive into downtown Nevada City. The outside area was ideal for taking our dog out for a walk. The home is spacious, clean, and cozy, with charming interior design. We highly recommend staying at this sweet cabin!

We had a wonderful stay! We wish we could’ve stayed a couple extra nights to explore the area more. The house was super clean and the surroundings were so quiet and peaceful.

My husband and I spent two days at Mi’s fabulous home after a wedding in Calistoga. Mi allowed us to check in early as I needed to be on a work zoom call. Her communication from booking until leaving was clear and warm. The house is just as it looks in the photos, clean well kept, light and airy. The deck surpassed our expectations and we spent a full day basking and enjoying the view. I recommend this air b and b highly, it is one of my favorites ever.

this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

Loved staying in Grass Valley and just being amidst the pines. Very quiet neighborhood. Space was clean. Host was attentive when we mentioned an issue with the dishwasher. Hot tub was a nice add!

I would highly recommend this airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished with lots to do, and i regret not being able to spend an afternoon enjoying the property. Walmart and Costco are a two minute drive away yet the home feels very private and comfortable. We also greatly appreciated the accessibility options. The hosts are also very responsive to questions in a timely manner, and its clear why they have so many kind notes in their guest book. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked with tools.

Great location near businesses and safe surroundings. Very pleasant space with a lot of architectural charm. Would definitely recommend especially if relying on public transit like I do.

This apartment was so cute, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It made my family and I feel right at home. The hosts was very friendly, informative, and communicative with us. The only con was that the place is located on a main heavy traffic road, but there is a sound machine in the bedroom which is helpful to drown out the sound of traffic while you sleep. With all that being said and knowing that, I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came available. (:

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

This home was such a great place for our family (with two young kids) to stay. The yard is so beautiful and peaceful, the home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home, though it was also quite walkable into town. Really the pictures don’t do it justice! We’ll definitely stay here again! Also Bob and Ann were super responsive if anything came up… thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hart House. The craftsmanship of the home is truly spectacular and we felt so comfortable there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make delicious meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space and soaking in the hot tub. Truly a special gem of a home. Thank you for everything! We hope to stay again soon.

This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

Hollie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. Lots of chirping frogs and crickets at night. The house has all of the usual comforts and amenities. The road getting in is definitely a country road, so better to have an AWD or something with enough bottom clearance (we were silly and rode in with a lowered Miata -- still made it just fine, but don't recommend lol).

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.
