With soaring cathedral ceilings, panoramic windows & gorgeous views, you'll be transported into the surrounding beauty around you.

Recharge in the Woods to the Sound of Our Creek

We welcome guests to experience our peaceful, wooded 30 acre property located in the foothills of Nevada County. Witness and listen to the sounds of running water as you recharge; lazing at our creek, hiking through the property, on the guest deck overlooking our natural setting or soaking in the hot tub as you enjoy the wonderful nightly sunsets and evening stars. Although you experience the sense of being completely isolated, you will be within 5 miles of 12 eateries and a grocery market.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

No kitchen but had small fridg microwave, coffee maker. bbq, outdoor stove. BR 1 Q bed, BR2 2 twin beds. LR has t.v. + Q Sofabed, armchairs and fireplace. Use of porch, back deck, fire pit.Very large parking area. Fully fenced.

A family friendly and fantastic location, just off the freeway. Walk to the Natural Food Coop, local coffee shop, bars/restaurants, Sutter's Fort, area parks, and public transit. Within 2 miles: Capitol building, Convention Center, Golden 1 Arena, art museum. Day trip to SF, Napa, Tahoe. or

The Family Equine-Cottage, horse accommodations

An 800+/- sq ft cottage with vaulted ceilings, 1 bed/ 1 bath (walk in shower). Full kitchen, Roku, TV, WiFi, back up generator, queen sleep number bed, adjustable head/foot base. Twin roll away bed available upon request (additional fee). Using the couches as a bed is not permitted and a fee will be assessed. Separate, dedicated fenced yard. All guests must be registered to be on property. No smoking. No parties, nor guests of guests, without prior approval of host.

Romantic Couples Get-Away Mid-Century Cottage

Pine antiques and floor, mid-century modern, marble bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room. Farm tables on 2 decks in summer and 3 french doors. Orchard and 100-year old olive trees. Private gated entrance and 2-acre property fully fenced. Locally made fresh croissants. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

Cottage Pool House, Large Balcony, Separate Unit

With a separate entrance providing a comfortable level of social distancing, you can enjoy this really beautiful place that is free from city noises and secure. Resort like pool house, nicely finished. Perfect for a couple or a family with younger children. Amenities include pool, spa, sand volleyball, barbecues, fire pit, farm animals, eggs and garden vegetables when producing.

This studio apartment is set in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes drive from downtown Nevada City, the scenic Yuba River, and Scott's Flat Lake. It is also close to some of California's best mountain bike trails. It is very private with beautiful scenery and a park-like area in the front.
