Bush getaway in the Bega Valley

The Australian Bracken Fern (Pteridium esculentum), an edible bush food endemic to Australia and New Zealand, lends Bracken Cottage its name. Bracken Cottage is a two-bedroom mud-brick cottage on Rock Lily's 100-acre bush block. Views are to the north and NW over the eucalypt forest that covers most of the property. It is suitable for a family or group wanting a base for rural adventure or a spot to gather and escape the city on a sustainably-managed property and has a dog-friendly fenced yard.

Tathra Garden Studio Due to main house reno occasional noise maybe heard this is kept to a min during guest stays. Completed in 2020, with a fusion of Sacndi and Japanese interior, you’ll have the well-appointed open plan 36m2 space to yourself. The Studio has a private deck set within a lush garden. We are conveniently located near Kianinny Bay. The space is perfect for couples to enjoy the Sapphire coast, beaches, national parks, mountain bike tracks, and local award winning oysters.

Round House Retreat

Experience the Round House Retreat, situated only 10 minutes from Bermagui, a unique, architectural tiny home surrounded by Australian bushland. Awaken to birdsong, treat yourself to a luscious outdoor bath, enjoy a wine by the fire and indulge in modern luxuries such as high speed Wi-fi and smart TV. Offering a balance of sustainability and style, this space includes a king size bed with hemp linen sheets, a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, outdoor shower and a modern composting toilet.

Lily Pond Cabin, an artistic potters cabin.

The Lily Pond Cabin is one of a pair of bespoke cabins on our farm. Artistic and comfortable , full of art and personal touches, including my handmade pottery. There is unlimited NBN, so you can stay connected, in the peace of nature Next door is the shared Sunny kitchen, with a BBQ, a handmade dining table and wonderful views to the sacred Mumbulla Mountain. The water you can hear flowing into the lily pond is home to frogs who will serenade your quiet walks out into the starry night..

THE STARGAZER Adorable pod with stunning views

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Yabbarra Sands - Enjoy the beachside lifestyle.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

The cottage offers plenty of room for the family with an open plan living, dining and lounge areas with a cosy combustion wood fire and ceiling fans. Enjoy sitting on the private deck area taking in the serenity, enjoying the local bird life or relaxing around the fire pit.

Lily's

Lily's is located on five hectares of Spotted Gum forest seven minutes from town, beautiful beaches and the river. It is private, self contained, in a peaceful bush setting. Change pace; enjoy a drive along 3.5 kms. of well maintained unsealed road. Watch out for Lyrebirds, and other native fauna. Provided is a breakfast basket, with sourdough bread, honey, homemade mueseli, and granola, local milk and yoghurt.
