Second small bedroom doubles as an office. A gas stove twinkles inside while an antique spiral staircase adds elegance. Fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, and Starlink to provide top-tier connectivity. Mountain home: like in the movies, on 50 acres. Includes soaring mountain views, swimming holes, hiking trails, ATV trails, fishing creek, mini white sand beach, hot tub in a cave, huge boulder rustic fire pits, cave, lake, cabanas, all in a heavy forest exclusively for guests. Private: you cannot see another house from the front porch or back decks and it has thick woods all around. At the top of the property are soaring views with 3 miles of visibility. No need to go to the national park.

The Hobbit House

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! There are also amenities such a as grocery, gas, restaurant and parks within walking distance. Perfect getaway!
