This lovely, spacious waterfront home is located on the York River in Gloucester County Virginia. It is the perfect get away to enjoy the relaxing sounds and sights of nature. The views are spectacular! Keep an eye out for osprey and dolphins as you enjoy watching the sunrise and set over the water. There is plenty to do! Waterfront House on the Bay/River

This WATERFRONT home is on the Chesapeake Bay and Back River. You'll have the entire home to yourself, sleep up to 8 people. Main living area has an open floor plan with panoramic views of the water. If you enjoy the beach, you have many options, Grandview beach (2 mi, our favorite secluded beach!) Buckrow beach 3.5 mi and Fort Monroe beach 8 mi or you can swim in our backyard (we recommend water shoes) Short distance to VA Beach (35 mi), Williamsburg (35 mi), and Busch Gardens (30 mi).

A lovely oasis, Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort*) is adjacent to and was built by Busch Gardens and offers acres of preserved nature. This 1400 square feet condo, the largest two bedroom two full bathroom available in the newest section by the James River, walk to beach, spa, restaurants, playground. Condo has views of water in 3 seasons. *there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool...to use pool and resort, please book directly through Resort.
