I have stayed at another property run by Tara and this experience was just as great. The set up is perfect for our family.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Sue was very accommodating for any issues around the place and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again sometime!

The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

Perfect location. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. If we weren’t at Busch Garden or Water Town, we enjoyed the pool and did some fishing right from the back yard. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Mary was a fantastic host this weekend for my brothers Bachelor Party! Property is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of sleeping space and community areas like the beach and firepit. Would highly recommend this property for people visiting the Williamsburg VA area!

The house was a beautiful, perfect beach house. The sunsets were amazing and overall the most peaceful place. MJ was great to work with! Very accommodating and responds immediately even though I had no issues to reach out to her on. We cannot wait to visit again ❤️

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dena’s home. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures were remarkable. From the coffee and bedside waters to the abundance of toiletries, every aspect of our stay was well thought out. We were especially touched by the surprise Christmas gifts waiting under the tree, which added such a special and personal touch to our visit. The hospitality exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

We stay in places all around the country for work but this was one of the best places we have stayed. Great communication, easy to find and with lots to do and see around. The house itself was perfect, big comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Thankyou

Michael was a very generous host and made our stay very smooth. We appreciated the quality of all the amenities; the beds were extremely comfortable and I can't say enough about the kitchen setup. It was completely equipped and even had a spice cabinet, which made hosting our event problem-free since we were cooking meals from scratch for a large group. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great hosts and great location. Bryan and Amber were very welcoming. It was easy to get on the highway and get to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown (all between 8-15 mins away) and Newport News. It was perfect to be able to have our dogs with us and to be able to so easily go back and forth between Busch Gardens and home base throughout the day. The back deck was perfect to sit outside and it was very peaceful. Worked well for our family. They provided everything we needed to get started for the week… soaps, paper goods, detergent. Thank you for everything.

A great stay for our extended weekend trip! A lovely home and awesome and very responsive host. We absolutely loved the personal touch of snacks and water that were available for us when we arrived. Would definitely use this host again October 2024

This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out. What we loved the most as guests were how overwhelmingly comfortable the beds and pillows were. The view from the patio was peaceful and stunning at all times of the day. It was a perfect place for my fur baby to feel comfortable in as well.

Excellent host, responsive to questions and made check in easy. Property is as described, spacious and was made to feel like it was home from home. Slightly later checkin due to it being Easter Sunday, but the property was clean, and I was met to have a walk through and all Instructions were given and sent through to read at a later stage. Highly recommended, location was perfect for stay, quiet and very comfortable, with all amenities being as listed. Bain enjoyable stay at a reasonable price. Would stay again in the future.

I spent my Christmas holidays there with my children, it was perfect and cozy and we all had a great time. There are many activities in the home and outside, great place to take your kids or take a private fishing trip alone.
