On Blueberry Hill

The house is on a hill, one lot back from Balch Lake. Surrounded by nothing but nature, a two-minute walk and you are at the community dock. Summer fun is endless, we have kayaks (5), canoes (2) and fishing gear. Just 3 miles down the road is ELF Paca Meadows. Feed over 100+ Alpacas and shop at their store. They have lots of handmade alpaca wares and merchandise! There are winter activities for everyone, so bring your skis, sleds and ice fishing gear. We have snowshoes and walking poles waiting.

Or enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the quiet cove from your covered porch. 100 feet of shoreline in the calm 3rd basin of the lake. This entire basin is a "no-wake" zone which allows safe swimming for the whole family. Enjoy fishing, search for turtles, or explore beyond the cove using the canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards. Dock your own boat at the 24' aluminum dock.

Lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom lakefront house! Watchic Lake is a perfect family destination for swimming, boating, and fishing. Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Charming 4 bedroom lake front, with private beach

Will not consider less than weekly rentals for July and August and the last week in June.The house sits 80 ft off the lake. It has over 150 ft of lake shore and own private beach. We supply several kayaks paddle boards canoes and tubes . You will be required to sign a waiver to use them and you Must wear lifejackets .The home is located down a private gravel road .We are only 20 miles from the city of Portland, Old Orchard beach, Lake Sebago. Private Retreat and access to Great East Lake

Beautiful Post & Beam on a private 2 acre lot with access to the 3rd basin of Great East Lake (a short walk away). The lake front is a great spot for swimming, fishing, kayaking or relax and enjoy a good book. This place is ideal for weekend getaways with friends or a family vacation. Plenty of outdoor activities year round. There are ATV and snowmobile trails close by. Take a 1 minute drive to Goat Hill trail for a nice easy hike. Enjoy fall foliage and snow shoeing in the winter.

Private oasis on Lake Mousam all season activities

Quiet, tranquil and peaceful home with 45 acres and water front access. Private dock to tie up your boat. Kayak the cove and see loons and sneak a peak at the beaver’s. Private property offers walking trails. ATV, dirt bike trails nearby, snowmobile trail next to property. Amazing lake for fishing, boating and all water activities. The house has space for family and friends with a finished basement TV room. Enjoy fires at night looking out over the lake and grilling on the deck.

Cozy camp near highland lake

If you're looking for a quiet, cozy get a-way steps from the lake this is the place. Lake is private with no public access so it’s not crowded. Close to everything but far enough away; highway (95), Portland, Sebago Lake Area. Boating, swimming, fishing, hiking at your finger tips. 4 kayaks provided. Big yard, great for games, BBQ or sitting by the fire pit. Listen to the loons from the front deck. Sorry no pets so please don’t ask if you bring one!
