We would like to warmly welcome you to our new accommodation, our cute Studio apartment! It is now ready for guests! The Studio has modern facilities with arctic twist. Ideal for a couple having a wonderful holiday at the Arctic Circle! The apartment is located in central area in Rovaniemi, the city of Santa Claus! If you wish to search Aurora Borealis (the Northern Lights) the location is ideal - Arktikum park 150 metres away is one of the best places in our city for Aurora searching!

Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Arctic Apple Tree Apartment

Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Vuonna 2023 valmistunut kattohuoneisto huippusijainnilla, Rovaniemen keskustan sykkeessä! Huoneisto sopii sinulle, jos haluat nukkua yösi rauhassa, mutta olla samalla keskellä kaupungin palveluita. Tyylikkäässä kaksiossa on koko asunnon kiertävä suuri parveke, josta avautuvat avarat näkymät kahteen ilmansuuntaan. Kesällä pääset nauttimaan ilta-auringosta ja yöttömän yön valosta.Talvella saatat bongata revontulia, ja vuodenvaihteessa näet taatusti paljon ilotulituksia!

Neljän vuoden airbnb-tauon jälkeen tervetuloa jälleen majoittumaan sadan neliön viihtyisään omakotitaloon, rauhalliseen ja idylliseen merenrantamiljööseen. Majoitushintaan kuuluu petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet, ruoan laittoon tarvittavat perustarpeet (mausteet, ruokaöljy jne), pyykinpesuaine ja kaikki perus asumiseen tarvittava välineistö. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja muissa huoneissa lisäksi 2 levitettävää sohvasänkyä. Rovaniemelle matkaa 120km. Kemiin ja Tornioon 20km.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Cosy cottage by Kemijoki

The cottage is modern and cosy , very compact and located by the river Kemijoki. Amazing view to river and safe private beach for kids to play and swim. Big terrace and barbeque area gives for your staying more value. The interior of the cabin is decorated with Finnish design classics, and it is very cozy with all the household equipment needed. The price includes linen and towels. Suitable for families and group of friends.

The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.
