It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Just a short drive from Sydney in the rural outskirts of the Hills District, this beautiful location speaks for itself with endless views of the Hawkesbury River across to the Blue Mountains. Villa 37 is fully self contained with split air conditioning, a kitchenette featuring convection microwave, refrigerator, benchtop hotplate, cooking equipment, excellent bathroom facilities along with two outdoor bathtubs with spectacular views.

There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

This cottage is nestled in a breathtaking 2.5 acre established garden. It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. The cottage is well appointed with all necessities, such as tea, coffee and toiletries. Large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Fully equipped kitchen Wifi Gas fire Air conditioning We would love you to wander and enjoy this beautiful property.

Sedalia Farm Cottage - stunning rural retreat

Enjoy the serenity and truly picturesque backdrop of captivating rural vistas at this unique charming, private stand alone cottage that sits separately from the main farm house. It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!
