Newly renovated studio apartment, located 1.6km from the Republic Square. It is in a new building, in a safe neighborhood, on the top floor (no elevator). The apartment is 46sqm, bright and welcoming. There is a comfortable large queen bed, a lovely kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space.
