Sleeping is inside the studio itself: extra double mattress plus sofa, sleeps three. In the city center, 2km from the Opera House, walking distance to everything — yet it feels like countryside, with a big yard and barbecue spots. Perfect for bands and artists who want to record and stay. Renting by the day is over 4x cheaper than our hourly studio rates.

Big living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one can also be used as a studio), bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed. 20 min car drive from Yerevan centre or 40 min with public transport. Big television, internet, washing machine, dish washer, grill place, garden with several fruit trees (if you are lucky cherries and apricots will be ripe.), music box(!).
