Pets & Kids Love this Montana Dream Home!

Kyle’s home was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. From the extremely beautiful kitchen. Which had great appliances, cooking tools, coffee/tea bar. Everything aesthetically labeled, so no guessing which drawer or light switch to use. Beds and bathrooms were great. Climate control was simple & easy to use. Most rentals have some funky thing to them but not Kyle’s house. Everything was tastefully done. You could tell there is a true sense of caring and you feel the warmth they’ve put into it. Location is great, close to everything, I was able to take a short drive to Roots, my favorite coffee shop. The house has a quality of a fine hotel. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from Rocky Mountain College and had a wonderful time. They even had champagne flutes for our 2015 Moet. If we ever need to, we would be staying at Kyle’s. Bo’s Old West Abode with Hot Tub and Sauna

I had a work training that required me to travel to Billings. This Airbnb was perfect for our short time there. We enjoyed the location, as it is in a great central spot for all of the places I wanted to go. The Airbnb was clean and we enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Billings :)

Just What I Needed! I stayed here for one night after a long day of travel, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is super cozy and inviting—the fireplace made it feel so warm and relaxing right away. The leather recliner loveseat and the couch were both super comfy, and the big screen TV was perfect for unwinding. The little kitchenette had everything I needed, great for a quick meal and a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable I slept like a rock. Gail was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. If you’re passing through Billings and need a peaceful, comfy place to land, this spot is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient Carriage House - Gateway to Yellowstone

So reasonable. I love Owner not charges cleaning fee. recently there are so many Airbnb owners asks guest clean and charges cleaning fees. instead of that I love owners memo treat house like yours. Japanese people teach kids same way. Treat someone’s belongings like yours. Treat public spaces like your home. It is good for kids. Our boys helped cleanings. They leaned too! The space is so quiet. neighborhood is super quiet, too. We heard birds in a morning instead of traffic noises. 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and big living room. Boys enjoyed play piano! Also cute fishes. You can’t find this price and this space in a great location. The house’s outside looks little old, but inside is renovated great. Kitchen has all most everything you need. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioners and body soaps. Single Beds were little soft for us and little small for teenage boy.

Billings pet friendly Home near Downtown

Owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. They have established an ambience that makes renters immediately feel at home. The place is immaculate. We wanted for nothing, our dogs loved the spacious back yard, and the owners checked in occasionally to ensure we had everything we needed, which was very much appreciated.

Brenda and her place are incredible. She has anything you could need. It’s very quaint and homey. Brenda surprisingly took over the sale of my Father’s property and took the burden off of me. She is great! The home is private and bright and she puts out all the stops. Thank you Brenda

This was a beautiful home. Our family was so comfortable during our stay. There was everything that we could have needed or wanted. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of room the whole crew! Madison was responsive and kind as our host. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a beautiful home for their family.

This Airbnb is far and away the best I’ve stayed at. Every single thing we could need as guests was attentively thought of. The kitchen was stocked with actual things needed to cook actual meals. It was so nice to have a true home base while in town for a sports tournament. The dog bowls and coffee shop recommendation were such a sweet touch. All around, can’t wait to stay again next time we are in town!

Loved Debbie’s home for my 3-week stay for work in Billings. Great layout, midcentury modern interior design, open kitchen, tons of light… Lots of space and plenty of amenities. Super location close to downtown. Given it’s an older remodeled home, the heating system struggled to keep up a bit during a colder spell and the temp was somewhat imbalanced and cold in certain rooms, but easily manageable with an extra blanket or a sweater. I would love to stay here anytime I’m in Billings.

Great place. It was cozy and comfortable. The upstairs was also rented out but the guests were respectful and quiet. It was easy to find and we were able to walk to the park. Street parking but it was safe.

My second stay and as easy and convenient as the first. Quiet neighborhood, well located, perfect for a person travelling solo or with their partner. Rated 5 on most categories; Would rate a 5 on Value other than $$$ Airbnb fee that makes it less attractive. Hope to stay again!
