Beautifully modern and updated 2-bedroom basement suite with a separate self check-in entrance. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is a 10 minute walk to trendy restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores and walking trails, and is 3 blocks from the Hospital. A 2 minute walk takes you to a lovely lakeside trail, a perfect place to watch the Northern Lights. The bus stop is located across the street, making trips to downtown and Old Town quick and convenient. Free parking in cul-de-sac.

Rockside Suite - Private suite on Niven Lake

Rockside Suite, conveniently backs onto Niven Lake Trail bringing you direct access to the lake and the city's main trail system. With a short 7 minute walk, you will be guided to downtown which hosts a number of local shopping boutiques, coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. If you choose to walk to Old Town you can venture onto Great Slave Lake for some fishing and sightseeing in the summer or take part in some winter activities such as cross country skiing or snowshoeing.

The unit is near all of the major businesses, government buildings, restaurants, public transit, park, walking trail, lake, RCMP headquarters, museum and the legislature building. Adult guests only.

Private cozy studio with new TV, bathroom, kitchenette and queen sized bed. Unit is located on first floor of a family home on second floor. Please note there is some noise transfer around meal times as unit is one level below kitchen. French press coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, double induction stove, dishes, cutlery, hair dryer, towels. No pets allowed as there is a severe allergy in the home. Free parking available.

Perfect for 1 but suitable for 2 (1 bed). This is located in a quiet safe neighborhood. If you require an early check-in please contact me as I may be able to accommodate. If you do not have access to a vehicle this might not be the best location for you as it is about a $20 taxi to city centre.
