A lakeside escape in the heart of the city! Enjoy a one-bedroom basement apartment conveniently located on Niven Trail, only a 5-7 minute walk to the downtown and museum. There is also a queen-size bed tucked away into a Murphy cabinet in the living room. The apartment has a full kitchen. Perfect for business travelers, adventurers, couples or families with young children. We live in the main house so are always available to assist in making your stay as spectacular as the Northwest Territories.
