Welcome to our quaint apartment nestled in the wooded area of Sweet Acres in Gorgeous Prescott, Arizona. This tranquil setting is sure to be conducive to rest, and renewal. Although it's a short 5-7 minutes from Downtown, It is a great place to retreat for some time away from the bustle of city life. It is a perfect stop for those weary from travel days. Given that we are in the woods, cell phone reception in the area can be spotty. However, wifi is strong and can be used for social media calls.

Your private retreat in Sedona. Our Guest suite/Studio with private entry is attached to the back of the main house. All surrounding walls are well insulated for sound. It offers a very comfortable King size bed and a private deck. A private hot tub, exclusively for guest-use is located in a corner of the garden. It feels very peaceful and quiet here, yet in the heart of West Sedona. only minutes away from shops, restaurants and some of the best hiking trails, by car or in walking distance.

This space is the lower unit of Coronado House and features 2 large bedrooms, a large bathroom with sauna, dining room, wood fireplace, washer/dryer, and a cozy living room w/ access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu or sign into your own account.

Fine dining/ fast food options within minutes. UPPER UNIT IS OWNER/HOST OCCUPIED…some normal living sounds may be heard during the day. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE PETS.
